back to day one
Breakfast this morning, once I managed to drag my body out of the sofabed I've been camped out on - smoothie with raspberries, blueberries, banana, yogurt and soy. And the usual soy latte, of course.
Snack - a chunk of Toblerone, my giant Valentine's gift from Kiki
Lunch - Ultra-salty penne with white sauce and itty bitty scraps of veggies, courtesy of Chef Pastaria.
Snack 2 - Steel-cut oats and buttermilk, topped with raspberries, blueberries, a packet of brown sugar, and some toasted almonds and pumpkin seeds.
