Beautiful amazing hot sunny Sunday!

Had a caramel chip blizzard, with big chunks of cheesecake, on the drive back from Squamish, where we rode about 3 hours of the next week's Gearjammer route. I half-ate, half-drank the melty goodness, talking about bikes and road-trips, windows down and wind roaring in Trudi's little Honda.

Later, at my dad's place in Coquitlam, in the lush garden, barbecued steak, garlic bread, corn on the cob with lots of butter, a few carrots and peas, and plum pastry for desert - with a big scoop of neapolitan ice cream.

Thinking about it gives me the munchies... I'm going to go grab another handful of trail mix.
